Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs vigorously until well combined. Fold in the blended cottage cheese mixture.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add optional ingredients, if desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Optionally sprinkle additional paprika and chives on top.
  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly. Ensure the internal temperature is 160°F.
