  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Use pure extract for best results.
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Adjust according to preference.
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Freshly grated for better flavor.
  • 1 cup Apple Butter Homemade or store-bought.
  • 3 large Eggs At room temperature.

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown; set aside to cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple butter.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set.
  7. Turn off the oven and crack the door, letting the cheesecake cool for about 1 hour inside.
