Preparation Steps
- Start by setting out your cream cheese to soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Gather all your ingredients.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Blend together until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the cheese mixture, mixing until fully integrated.
- Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans using a spatula, making sure they are even distributed.
- Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a ball or log, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- After chilling, unwrap and place on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
