Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by setting out your cream cheese to soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Blend together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the cheese mixture, mixing until fully integrated.
  4. Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans using a spatula, making sure they are even distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape into a ball or log, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. After chilling, unwrap and place on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
