  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon crumbled; turkey bacon can be used
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions or leeks/chives if unavailable
For Wrapping
  • 6 pieces Flour Tortillas whole wheat or gluten-free as alternatives
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare chicken by shredding the cooked chicken finely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning mix.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the center of a flour tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Chill the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap for about 30 minutes.
  7. Slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
