Preparation Steps

  2. Add thinly sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in crushed garlic cloves and thyme, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken stock and cream, stirring to combine. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add shredded chicken and chopped spinach, simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste, then stir and serve.
