Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients, chop mushrooms and bok choy, mince garlic and ginger.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a large pot, add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Broth: Pour in 4 cups of broth and bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate Mushrooms: Add chopped mushrooms, cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Bring in Bok Choy & Potstickers: Stir in bok choy and potstickers, cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  6. Season: Add soy sauce to taste and stir well.
