  2. Fold in freshly minced garlic into the dough and mix until evenly distributed. Allow it to rest for about 5 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a round flat shape about half an inch thick.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add butter and let it melt.
  5. Place the rolled naan into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook until both sides are golden.
  6. Remove naan from skillet, brush with melted butter, and optionally sprinkle with parsley or cilantro.
