- Cook the Noodles: In the boiling water, add thin egg noodles and cook according to package instructions for 2-3 minutes. Drain and place in a serving bowl.
- Prepare the Wontons: In a small pot, bring water to a boil and add wontons. Cook until they float, about 3-5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon.
- Assemble the Soup: Ladle the hot broth over the noodles, place wontons on top, and add char siu pork and blanched choy sum.
