Step-by-Step Instructions for Lasagna Soup
- In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add 1 pound of lean ground beef and cook until it’s browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in 1 diced onion and 3 minced garlic cloves, sautéing for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onions are soft and translucent.
