Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather ingredients and prep the baking dish.
  2. Spray an 11x7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Cut 2 lbs of chicken tenderloins into bite-sized pieces and spread them in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon kosher salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper, then toss to coat.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and ¼ cup milk until smooth.
  6. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
  7. Sprinkle stuffing mix over the top of the sauce-covered chicken evenly.
  8. Pour 1.5 cups of chicken broth over the stuffing mix.
  9. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the top.
