  1. In a high-speed blender, combine chilled coconut cream, freshly squeezed orange juice, honey or maple syrup, and fresh orange zest. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Taste the creamy mixture and adjust the sweetness. Add more honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend again for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into clear glasses or small bowls, scraping every last bit from the blender.
  4. Place the filled glasses in the refrigerator and let the mixture chill for at least one hour.
  5. Once chilled, remove from the fridge and garnish with a sprinkle of orange zest or a slice of fresh orange before serving.
