- In a high-speed blender, combine chilled coconut cream, freshly squeezed orange juice, honey or maple syrup, and fresh orange zest. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Taste the creamy mixture and adjust the sweetness. Add more honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend again for 15-20 seconds.
- Carefully pour the mixture into clear glasses or small bowls, scraping every last bit from the blender.
- Place the filled glasses in the refrigerator and let the mixture chill for at least one hour.
