  2. Strain the infusion through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding the lavender buds. Add three-quarters of a cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir well.
  3. Drizzle in honey or agave syrup, starting with about three tablespoons, and stir thoroughly. Adjust sweetness to your taste.
  4. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the lavender lemonade mixture over the ice until about three-quarters full.
