Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain and cool.
  2. Cook chicken breast in a skillet for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through, then chop.
  3. Fry bacon strips in a skillet for 5-7 minutes until crispy, then crumble.
  4. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl for dressing.
  5. Mix cooled pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and onion in a large bowl.
  6. Toss the salad with dressing until evenly coated, being gentle with the pasta.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
