- Soften the cream cheese or coconut cream at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Rinse fresh strawberries, remove stems, cut into halves or quarters, and blend until smooth.
- In the blender, combine strawberry puree, softened cream cheese or coconut cream, yogurt, powdered sugar, and optional vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- Spoon mousse into serving dishes, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh strawberries or whipped cream.
