Preparation Steps

  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  4. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease the surface.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form and the underside is golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until fully set.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping while the pancakes are cooking.
