Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash cranberries and hulled strawberries. Combine cranberries, quartered strawberries, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and spices in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot. Set to cook on high for about 4 hours. Stir halfway through to prevent sticking.
  3. After cooking, use an immersion blender to blend the jam to your desired consistency. Pulse gently for a chunkier texture.
  4. Spoon hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2 inch of headspace. Place lids on jars loosely to allow steam to escape.
  5. Let jars cool at room temperature for 2 hours, then refrigerate overnight to thicken.
