Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by laying a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread the peanut butter evenly across the tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.
  2. Peel a banana and slice it into thin rounds. Arrange the banana slices on top of the peanut butter layer.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped pecans over the banana slices evenly.
  4. Drizzle honey over the chocolate chips and nuts to add sweetness.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end, sealing the roll-up lightly at the other end.
  6. Wrap the roll-up in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  7. Once chilled, unwrap and slice the roll-up into pinwheels, approximately 1-inch thick. Serve on a plate.
