- Start by laying a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread the peanut butter evenly across the tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.
- Peel a banana and slice it into thin rounds. Arrange the banana slices on top of the peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped pecans over the banana slices evenly.
- Drizzle honey over the chocolate chips and nuts to add sweetness.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end, sealing the roll-up lightly at the other end.
- Wrap the roll-up in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
