Ingredients
  

Lemonade
  • 2 medium Cucumbers for hydration and flavor
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice can substitute with lime juice
  • to taste tablespoons Granulated Sugar or honey/agave syrup
  • 4 cups Cold Water or sparkling water for fizz
  • as needed Ice Cubes to keep the drink chilled
  • as needed Lemon Slices for garnish
  • as needed Cucumber Slices for garnish
  • to taste Fresh Mint Leaves optional for aroma

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice cucumbers, then blend in a high-speed blender until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain the cucumber puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
  3. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar to the pitcher, stirring well.
  4. Pour in cold water and mix thoroughly until fully combined.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  7. Serve over ice with optional garnishes of lemon and cucumber slices, and mint leaves.
