  • 8 oz Dry Penne Pasta Can substitute with rotini or shells
  • 1 cup Croutons Store-bought or homemade
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce Can substitute with spinach or iceberg
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing Homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated) Nutritional yeast for dairy-free option

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Season the Chicken with salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper evenly.
  2. Cook the Chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 8–10 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Prepare the Pasta by boiling salted water and cooking dry penne until al dente, then drain and cool.
  4. Cube the cooled Chicken and combine it with the cooled penne pasta in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add croutons, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan to the bowl.
  6. Mix all ingredients gently until well-combined.
  7. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
