Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the well-drained, thawed frozen spinach with ricotta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of your baking dish.
  4. Place a layer of lasagna sheets over the marinara sauce, followed by the spinach and ricotta mixture, and a handful of mozzarella on top. Repeat the layers.
  5. Cover the lasagna tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let the lasagna cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
