  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs are recommended

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, approximately 7-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, frozen peas, cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold the drained egg noodles into the salmon mixture until coated.
  5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and transfer the noodle mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
