Step-by-Step Instructions for Pull-Apart Christmas Tree
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flour your work surface generously and divide the pizza dough into two pieces. Roll each into a 12-inch long rectangle and cut into 2-inch squares.
  3. Wrap each square around a mozzarella stick and arrange them seam-side down in a Christmas tree shape on the baking sheet.
  4. Whisk the egg for an egg wash and brush it over the dough balls. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Melt butter, whisk in Parmesan, herbs, and red pepper flakes. Brush over warm bread after baking and serve with marinara sauce.
