Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Add drained quinoa, tomatoes, and stock to the skillet; bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in cheese and basil once quinoa is slightly cooled.
  7. Beat the egg in a bowl, then mix it into the quinoa mixture.
  8. Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a lined baking tray.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
