Step-by-Step Instructions
- Pour vegetable oil into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, ensuring at least two inches of oil for frying. Heat the oil to 350°F (175°C) over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar with ground cinnamon until fully mixed. Set it aside for coating after frying.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each piece, flattening them into 4-inch rounds on a clean surface.
- Take a tablespoon of apple pie filling and place it in the center of each dough round, adding half of a caramel candy on top.
- Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them tightly to seal.
- Once the oil is heated, gently place a few bombs in the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the fried Caramel Apple Pie Bombs from the oil and let them drain on paper towels, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Allow the bombs to cool slightly and serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate.

Notes
Ensure the edges of the dough are well-pinched to avoid leaks during frying. Fry in batches to maintain oil temperature. Customize with toppings for added indulgence.
