Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash fresh grapes under cool running water and pat them dry. Insert a skewer into each grape and arrange them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine granulated sugar, water, and light corn syrup. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves, until it reaches 300°F (149°C).
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in gel food coloring and flavored oils for a marbled effect.
  4. Dip each skewer of grapes into the warm candy mixture, allowing excess candy to drip back into the saucepan.
  5. Let the coated grapes cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes to set the coating.
  6. Store the hardened candy grapes in an airtight container at room temperature.
