Preparation Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of barbecue sauce, ¼ cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of chili powder. Whisk until the ingredients are well-blended and set aside.
- Set your grill to medium heat, aiming for 350°F (175°C). Allow to preheat for about 10–15 minutes.
- Assemble skewers by alternating pieces of hot dogs, pineapple, bell peppers, and red onion on soaked skewers. Use 2–3 pieces of each ingredient per skewer.
- Place skewers on the hot grill and generously baste with BBQ sauce. Grill for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until the hot dogs are charred and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from grill, drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce, and serve warm.

Notes
Ensure even cooking by cutting all ingredients into uniform sizes. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
