  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. For the dipping sauce, whisk together ranch dressing and buffalo wing sauce; refrigerate.
  4. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, add cheese and chicken filling, fold, and roll tightly to seal.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes.
  6. Lightly spray egg rolls with cooking spray, place in air fryer, and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
