- In a small cup, combine heavy cream, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until thick and foamy, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- In another cup, add hojicha powder and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour in hot water and whisk for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- In a tall glass, fill halfway with ice. Pour in oat milk followed by the hojicha mixture.
- Spoon the cold foam over the top of the latte.
- Optional: Dust a pinch of ground cinnamon over the cold foam.
