For Sweetness and Spice
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Nutmeg or pumpkin spice can be used.
  • ¼ cup Additional Milk Helps loosen the cold foam.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small cup, combine heavy cream, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until thick and foamy, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In another cup, add hojicha powder and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour in hot water and whisk for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  3. In a tall glass, fill halfway with ice. Pour in oat milk followed by the hojicha mixture.
  4. Spoon the cold foam over the top of the latte.
  5. Optional: Dust a pinch of ground cinnamon over the cold foam.
