Preparation Steps
  1. Rinse the Persian cucumbers under cool water and slice them at an angle.
  2. Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and toss. Let them sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Drain excess liquid, rinse cucumbers, and return them to the bowl.
