Step-by-Step Instructions for Boo-Berry Pies
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out your pie dough until it’s about ¼ inch thick and cut out ghost shapes with your cookie cutter.
- Combine blueberry jam, lemon juice, and kosher salt in a bowl. Spoon filling onto half of the ghost shapes.
- Place the remaining ghost cutouts on top of the filled shapes and seal the edges.
- Beat the egg to create an egg wash and brush the tops of the pies. Cut out eyes and mouth using a piping tip.
- Bake the pies for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown, then let them cool on a wire rack.
