Step-by-Step Instructions for Boo-Berry Pies
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out your pie dough until it’s about ¼ inch thick and cut out ghost shapes with your cookie cutter.
  3. Combine blueberry jam, lemon juice, and kosher salt in a bowl. Spoon filling onto half of the ghost shapes.
  4. Place the remaining ghost cutouts on top of the filled shapes and seal the edges.
  5. Beat the egg to create an egg wash and brush the tops of the pies. Cut out eyes and mouth using a piping tip.
