- Let the pudding set in the refrigerator overnight for optimal texture, allowing chia seeds to expand.
- Remove pudding from refrigerator, stir well. If desired, add a splash of almond milk to adjust consistency. Serve with toppings.
- Store any leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
