For the Special Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Relish
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the ground beef in a large frying pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes until fully browned, draining excess fat.
  2. After cooking the beef, add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and let it cool slightly.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, add a slice of cheese, a spoonful of beef mixture, diced pickles, and onions. Moisten edges, fold sides, and roll tightly.
  4. Brush the assembled rolls with oil, preheat air fryer to 400°F, and cook for 5-10 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
  5. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, and apple cider vinegar for the special sauce.
  6. Serve the crispy egg rolls hot with the special sauce for dipping.
