- Remove sweet potatoes, slice them open lengthwise, and fluff the insides.
- Spoon the BBQ chicken mixture into the fluffed sweet potatoes, drizzle with ranch dressing, and top with cheddar cheese.
- Place the stuffed sweet potatoes back in the oven for an additional 5–10 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro before serving.
