  • 3 cups coleslaw mix pre-packaged or homemade
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be a lighter substitute
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or another vinegar

  • 4 pieces flour tortillas or whole wheat, low-carb
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro optional
  • 1 medium avocado ripe, optional
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional, can swap other cheeses

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken breast with BBQ sauce, stirring until fully coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix with mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar. Mix until well-coated; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay a flour tortilla flat. Spoon a generous amount of BBQ chicken mixture into the center, leaving space to fold the edges.
  4. Spoon prepared coleslaw mixture over the chicken to ensure even coverage.
  5. Optional: Add chopped cilantro, avocado slices, and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  7. Cut each wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately.
