Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine dark meat chicken pieces with kosher salt, smoked paprika, Montreal chicken seasoning, and softened butter. Add diced red onion, flat-leaf parsley, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour in chicken stock, fresh lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, and heavy whipping cream. Mix until well-coated.
  3. Transfer marinated chicken to prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Pour leftover marinade over chicken.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour and 45 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the chicken with creamy sauce, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
