  • 1 pinch Black Pepper Adjust quantity based on spice preference

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Slice each croissant horizontally, leaving a hinge for filling.
  4. Brush the inside of each croissant with the honey butter glaze.
  5. Fill each croissant with layers of ham and a mix of Swiss and mozzarella cheese, then press the tops down.
  6. Arrange the stuffed croissants on the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Brush the tops of each filled croissant with the remaining honey butter glaze.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Let them rest for 2-3 minutes before serving with a side of fruit.
