Ingredients
  

For the Toast Base
  • 2 slices Thick Bread sourdough or gluten-free options
For the Egg
  • 2 large Eggs fresh for best flavor
For the Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack
For Flavor
  • 1 tbsp Butter optional, for flavor
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For Garnish
  • to taste Fresh Parsley or Chives optional

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread and create a well in the center.
  3. Crack an egg into the well of each slice, being careful not to break the yolk.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the egg or around it.
  5. Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley or chives as desired.
