  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Use tamari for gluten-free option.
For the Broccoli
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Cauliflower can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Lime juice is a great alternative.
  • 1 tbsp Honey Maple syrup can be used for a vegan option.

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Combine bite-sized pieces of chicken breasts with broccoli florets in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the chicken and broccoli in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Arrange the seasoned chicken and broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Check that chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) before serving.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
