  • 1 pound Fresh salmon Center-cut pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Substitute with avocado oil if desired
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Maple syrup can be used for a vegan alternative
  • 3 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce Tamari is perfect for gluten-free option
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika adds depth
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Fresh minced garlic can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1 cup Nonfat plain Greek yogurt Or sour cream for richness
  • 2 tablespoons Thai-style sweet chili sauce Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust to taste

Steps
  1. Cut fresh salmon into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle salmon cubes with olive oil, honey, low sodium soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange salmon bites in a single layer in air fryer basket and air fry for 5-7 minutes, check for an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Mix Greek yogurt, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Serve salmon bites hot with a side of rice, edamame, avocado slices, cucumber, and bang bang sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
