Steps
- Cut fresh salmon into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle salmon cubes with olive oil, honey, low sodium soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange salmon bites in a single layer in air fryer basket and air fry for 5-7 minutes, check for an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Mix Greek yogurt, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl until smooth.
- Serve salmon bites hot with a side of rice, edamame, avocado slices, cucumber, and bang bang sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
